At Microsoft Build 2025, PagerDuty was highlighted in key announcements showcasing how intelligent agents and real-time automation redefine digital operations. From Microsoft Copilot to the launch of a new Azure SRE Agent, PagerDuty was highlighted as a strategic partner in enabling intelligent, scalable incident response.

Bringing the power of PagerDuty to Microsoft Copilot

PagerDuty’s presence at Build reflects our growing alignment with Microsoft’s vision of an agent-powered workplace. Across multiple sessions and announcements, Microsoft showcased how PagerDuty helps extend AI-powered orchestration into real-time operational workflows:

  • Satya Nadella’s keynote and Srini Raghavan’s blog identified PagerDuty as part of the Microsoft 365 Copilot ecosystem, illustrating how organizations can directly surface real-time signals from PagerDuty in their workflow.
  • Microsoft introduced a new PagerDuty Copilot Connector, which enables users to bring on-call schedules and escalation policies into the Copilot experience—empowering faster, more context-aware incident response.
  • Microsoft also announced the new Azure SRE Agent, purpose-built to integrate with the PagerDuty Operations Cloud. This agent leverages PagerDuty’s real-time data capabilities to help classify, escalate, and resolve incidents before they impact customers.
